Message frequency varies depending on your conversation. You can typically expect 1–5 messages per conversation. Additional messages may be sent if you continue the conversation or request follow-up information.

Opt Out — Reply STOP

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. After you send STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message, and we will not send further marketing or program messages unless you opt in again.
